MEMBERSHIP FAQs

  • Once you join, you’re billed monthly either the 1st or 15th. You get access to the perks in your tier — including services, product discounts, and waived fees. Services included in your membership must be used within the month.

  • Yes! Unused membership credits roll over for up to 60 days. This way, if you miss a month, you can double up on your next visit.

  • Book your appointment just like a regular service — your membership benefits will be applied at checkout. We recommend pre-booking before you leave to secure your spot.

  • No — memberships are non-transferable and must be used by the member who purchased it.

  • Your membership includes waived rescheduling and cancellation fees.

  • You can upgrade at any time — just let us know and we’ll adjust your billing for the next cycle.

  • Yes — memberships can be canceled anytime with 30 days notice before your next billing date.

  • Foreign fills are not included in memberships and are subject to our $25 foreign fill fee.

  • Yes — your percentage off applies to all Lash Aftercare Essentials and branded merchandise.
